Plan Description: Core Guard

This Plan Description sets out what the Core Guard plan includes and the limits that apply. When you buy this plan, your Order under the Master Services Agreement is your purchase together with this Plan Description and the pricing shown at the time of purchase (Section 1.19(b)). The plan

Price and billing

• The list price is $299 a month, billed monthly in US dollars. It includes 3 servers and 3 AI agents.
• Each server above 3 is $40 a month, up to 9 servers in all. A new server beyond 9 is refused until you move to a larger plan.
• Each active AI agent above 3 is $10 a month, up to 10 active agents in all. A new agent beyond 10 is refused until you stop one or move to a larger plan.
• There are no per-call fees.
• A server is one machine running the Vrymdor™ connector. Extra servers are billed on the servers active in the last 7 days, and until your first server connects, on the number you declared when you ordered.
• An AI agent counts while it is registered and has neither been stopped for good nor expired. A quarantined or held agent still counts, because it can be released.
• Requesting access does not charge you, and no card is taken with the request. Once your account is reviewed and approved, you receive a secure Stripe payment link, and your subscription starts when you pay through it.

Founders rate

• The first 20 approved Vrymdor™ Business Security customers get the founders rate: 20% off every line of this plan, including extra servers and agents.
• At the founders rate this plan is $239.20 a month, then $32 for each extra server and $8 for each extra active AI agent.
• A founder seat is counted when your account is approved, not when you request access, and the rate stays for as long as your account stays active.
• Once all 20 seats are taken, new customers pay the list price. The founders rate does not apply to Sovereign Vault.

Plan limits and features at a glance

Data retention and self-scans

• Stored data is kept for 90 days. The daily purge removes workspace data older than that: integration events, connector daily counts, and self-scans with their findings.
• The operator access log and the AI agent action log are never shortened by this window; they are kept for at least one year.
• Self-scans are unlimited and continuous on this plan, with no daily limit. A self-scan runs only on a server where self-scan was turned on when the connector was installed, and it looks only at that machine.
• Each such server scans itself every hour by default, from the moment it connects. A workspace admin can change the interval for each server in the Vrymdor™ app (every 15 or 30 minutes, or every 1, 2, 4, 6 or 12 hours), choose a time once a day instead, or pause it.
• A workspace admin can also start a scan at any time with Scan now. One scan runs at a time on each server, and a new start waits 60 seconds after the previous one. Vrymdor™ support can also start one at your request.

The Vrymdor™ AI Node

This plan includes the Vrymdor™ AI Node, the governed gateway for your AI agents, with no monthly request limit, for up to 10 active AI agents, and with every feature of the AI Node Business tier.

Changing your plan

• An upgrade is a new Order. You sign the Order for the new plan, with its Plan Description and pricing, in the app. Once it is signed, it is applied to your subscription with proration: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, and the unused part of the old plan is credited.
• An upgrade from Core Guard to Active Defense is approved automatically once its Order is signed.
• A downgrade is held for approval with the operator's hardware security key. It takes effect at the start of the next billing period, and you keep the higher plan's features until then. Moving from Active Defense to Core Guard shortens stored data from 365 days to 90, which removes the older records, and stops phishing simulations.
• Any move into or out of Sovereign Vault is held for approval with the operator's hardware security key and is arranged on a sizing call; nothing changes in billing until it is agreed.
• Every plan change is written to the change ledger, so it is audited from request to billing.

Agreements

This plan is governed by the Master Services Agreement and the Data Processing Addendum. You accept both before your workspace is activated. They apply to every Vrymdor™ customer, Business Security and AI Node alike.
